Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required
Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required
