About The Position
Open Door Family Medical Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Family Physician (Full- or Part-Time) to join our dedicated team in Mount Kisco, NY. As a Family Physician at Open Door, you will have the opportunity to: Provide high-quality primary care to patients across all age groups Lead cross-functional Care Teams to ensure collaborative and patient-centered care Engage in strong physician-patient relationships to address patient needs consistently Deliver cost-effective, consistent, and high-quality primary care Work within an award-winning integrated care system, collaborating with behavioral health teams and patient assistance resources for comprehensive support Represent Open Door in community outreach activities
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, licensed in New York State
- Completion of a three-year family practice residency
- Board-eligible from the American Board of Family Medicine; board certification required within 2 years
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Outstanding bedside manners, empathy, active listening, and communication skills
- Proficient in EHR systems
- Flexible, with outstanding clinical capabilities and judgment
- Comfortable in a dynamic, high accountability environment
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, licensed in NYS prior to start date
- Completion of three-year family practice residency
- Board-eligible from American Board of Family Medicine; board certification required within 2 years after completion of residency training
- Proficient in Spanish preferred
- Outstanding “bedside manners”: patient-centric with empathy, excellent active listening and communication skills, engaging and efficient
- Outstanding clinical capabilities and judgment
- Focused on collaborative team-based care
- Responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.
