We are seeking a passionate and skilled Family Physician (Full- or Part-Time) to join our dedicated team in Mount Kisco, NY. About Open Door: Open Door offers integrated services, adopting a holistic approach to healthcare. Our clinical programs encompass primary medical care, dental care, integrated behavioral health care, clinical nutrition, wellness programs, and chronic disease management. With centers in Brewster, Mamaroneck, Mount Kisco, Ossining, Port Chester, and Sleepy Hollow, along with School-Based Health Centers, a mobile dental van, and a dental practice in Saugerties. Open Door is at the forefront of providing comprehensive health solutions. Position: Family Physician As a Family Physician at Open Door, you will have the opportunity to: Provide high-quality primary care to patients across all age groups Lead cross-functional Care Teams to ensure collaborative and patient-centered care Engage in strong physician-patient relationships to address patient needs consistently Deliver cost-effective, consistent, and high-quality primary care Work within an award-winning integrated care system, collaborating with behavioral health teams and patient assistance resources for comprehensive support Represent Open Door in community outreach activities

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, licensed in New York State
• Completion of a three-year family practice residency
• Board-eligible from the American Board of Family Medicine; board certification required within 2 years
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred
• Outstanding bedside manners, empathy, active listening, and communication skills
• Proficient in EHR systems
• Flexible, with outstanding clinical capabilities and judgment
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high accountability environment
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, licensed in NYS prior to start date
• Completion of three-year family practice residency
• Board-eligible from American Board of Family Medicine; board certification required within 2 years after completion of residency training
• Proficient in Spanish preferred

• Outstanding clinical capabilities and judgment
