About The Position

WellSpan Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Qualified Family Physician to join a collaborative team in an established practice located in Leola, PA. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a new facility with a diverse patient population and a supportive team environment. The practice utilizes advanced technology, including an AI scribe, to enhance patient care and streamline documentation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine upon hire required.
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire required.
• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible upon hire required.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency upon hire required.
• Administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a family practice setting.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Utilize DAX technology to assist in clinical documentation.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, including Plain, Russian, and Spanish-speaking patients.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
