About The Position

Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting. WellSpan Health is seeking a Family Physician who is passionate about serving the vulnerable and eclectic patient population in York, Pennsylvania. Join 4 physicians and 2 APPs in this diverse, welcoming practice. We provide gender affirming care, medication assisted treatment, and work closely with two assigned social workers. We have a behaviorist on site to serve as a bridge into behavioral health services. We are a patient centered medical home. Spanish speaking physician preferred. Nurse triage takes first call for this practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine upon hire.
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible upon hire.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency upon hire.
