As a Family Permanency Coordinator , you'll lead and support our Family Permanency Services department, focusing on the Family Engagement Program. This role combines leadership, supervision, and collaboration to ensure high-quality services for families and youth in foster care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related area OR an equivalent combination of education and experience OR a minimum of 5 years of direct experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience
• Familiarity with the ODHS Child Welfare system
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Family Engagement Specialists
• Oversee program operations and ensure quality services
• Facilitate family meetings and collaborate with ODHS and community partners
• Manage data quality and reporting requirements
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and outreach efforts
