About The Position

Sana Lake is seeking a Family Outreach Specialist to recover from substance use and mental health disorders. The Family Outreach Specialist is a strategic marketing and advocacy role dedicated to the family system. Recognizing that addiction and mental health challenges affect the entire household, this role focuses on market development and lead generation for the "affected others"—the spouses, parents, children, and guardians. By building trust and high-volume referral streams with community professionals, this role ensures that families of all ages have a clear pathway to healing, regardless of their loved one's specific stage of recovery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, family advocacy, or school-based social work.
Expert understanding of family systems, the "Family Disease" model, and the unique developmental needs of children and adolescents.
Age Specific Individuals Served: Children (under 12), Adolescents (12–17), and Adults (18+).
Primary Contact: Spouses, parents, guardians, and adult family members.
