About The Position

Deaconess Specialty Physicians Cardiology is seeking a full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient team at our outreach locations. This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. Typical working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some variation possible as patient volume dictates.

Requirements

• Licensed in the States of Indiana and Illinois
• Certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant
