About The Position

A private family office is seeking a professional driver to provide safe, discreet, and reliable transportation for principals and family members. This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is early to mid-career, physically capable, highly professional, and comfortable supporting principals in both routine and time-sensitive situations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong professional presence and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
• Physically capable and able to remain alert and responsive during long shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High level of reliability and accountability
• Strong judgment and situational awareness
• Calm and composed in unexpected or high-pressure situations

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in executive driving, private service, family office, hospitality, or protective operations.
• Candidates with medical or emergency response experience are strongly preferred
• EMT Paramedic
• Military medic
• Fire / rescue background
• Background in hospitality, athletics, or service-oriented professions is also valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional transportation for principals and family members.
• Maintain vehicles in excellent operating and presentation condition
• Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure efficient and secure travel.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Support logistics and coordination during family or business events.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and safety practices during movements.
• The schedule for this role is Wed-Sun
