About the Float Team opportunity: The internal Float team was established in 2018 and is an integral part of our ability to enhance patient access. ABOUT PCHC: Established in 1968, PCHC is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island with 8 sites in the city of Providence. Our care teams also provide integrated behavioral health, reproductive health counselors, clinical pharmacists and in-house dental, optometry, podiatry, rheumatology, and asthma/allergy services. With 500 employees, PCHC provides care for 80,000 patients in the underserved communities throughout Providence. PCHC uses Epic electronic medical records.
