We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the clinical team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values preventative care, culturally competent treatment, and building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively support the community served.

Requirements

  • Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working in a fast -paced, high -volume clinical setting
  • Passion for patient -centered care and preventative medicine
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship -building skills
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and compassionate care

Nice To Haves

  • 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
  • Examine patients, obtain medical histories, and evaluate physical conditions to develop diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high -quality care.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines and physician collaboration requirements.
  • Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests, including X -rays, EKGs, and laboratory work.
  • Counsel patients on preventative care, health maintenance, family planning, growth and development, and chronic disease management.
  • Perform procedures such as injections, immunizations, wound care, suturing, and other in -office treatments.
  • Supervise and coordinate with medical assistants, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate, culturally competent communication.
  • Thrive in a fast -paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
