About The Position
Northwest Michigan Health Services, Inc. is currently seeking a part time or full time Mid-Level Provider - Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP or a Physician Assistant, PA - located in beautiful Northwest Michigan. We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider who has at least one year of experience in family practice. As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the patient-centered health Model at NMHSI. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive ambulatory primary medical care services in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
