Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Active state RN and NP licenses
• Current DEA license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice To Haves

• EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in adult patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Perform physical examinations and minor procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
