Visit our website at https://www.rainbowpeds.net/ Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fayetteville team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
• Current North Carolina licensure as an NP (RN + APRN) or PA, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC) or PA certification by the NCCPA
• Current BLS and/or PALS certification
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills for patients from newborns through adolescents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Build long-term relationships with families and the care team
• Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
