About The Position

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our DPC practice, you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a patient -centered, fast -paced environment where meaningful relationships come first. You’ll work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care across all stages of life.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (required).
• MI FNP licensure (required).
• Professional working proficiency and fluency in Spanish (required).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient -centered care, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment while keeping patient outcomes top of mind.
• Passion for building long -term relationships with patients and improving community health.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate physical conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, x -rays, EKGs) to uncover the root cause of health concerns.
• Counsel patients on growth, development, family planning, preventative care, and overall wellness.
• Deliver essential procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations, all aimed at helping patients thrive.
• Guide medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high -quality care delivery.
• Serve as an essential point of contact for our diverse patient base by communicating fluently in both English and Spanish
