About The Position

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in Cascade, Washington is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care network. This Flex Care role supports multiple outpatient clinic locations and partners closely with a dedicated Family Medicine team to provide high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse patient population. This organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Position Overview: Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week Provides same-day access for in-person and telehealth visits Converts patient portal messages into telehealth or in-clinic appointments Supports coverage when primary providers are out of the office Conducts “team visits” for new patients prior to establishing care Performs Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits Assists with inbox management Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent or walk-in concerns Cascade offers a scenic Pacific Northwest setting with convenient access to outdoor recreation, hiking trails, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
