Requirements
- Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners (for FNPs) OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
- Genuine passion for patient-centered care and community health improvement
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery
- Enthusiasm for serving the growing Magnolia community
Nice To Haves
- Preferably two (2) years of outpatient experience as an FNP or PA (new graduates with exceptional clinical rotations are encouraged to apply)
