Requirements

  • Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners (for FNPs) OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
  • Genuine passion for patient-centered care and community health improvement
  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery
  • Enthusiasm for serving the growing Magnolia community

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably two (2) years of outpatient experience as an FNP or PA (new graduates with exceptional clinical rotations are encouraged to apply)
