About The Position
The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for performing physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. You will also be responsible for ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, and will possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and compassionate professional with a commitment to providing outstanding care to families.
