About The Position

Guthrie is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead our ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency at Robert Packer Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to lead a well-established, community-focused Family Medicine Residency Program with 70% protected administrative time dedicated to education and leadership. The Program Director will oversee an engaged faculty and motivated residents in a collaborative learning environment, influence curriculum development, and shape the next generation of family physicians. The role also provides access to Guthrie's strong infrastructure for academic support and research, along with a collegial atmosphere featuring multidisciplinary teaching opportunities.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Minimum 3 years' experience as core faculty in an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine program.
• Eligible for or holding a Pennsylvania medical license.
• Previous academic or administrative leadership experience preferred.
• Commitment to scholarly activity and resident mentorship.
