About The Position
CareSTL HEALTH is seeking a Family Medicine Physician . The Family Medicine Physician diagnoses and treats diseases and injuries of human internal organ systems of adult and geriatric patients.
Requirements
- MD/ DO from an Accredited University
- Completed ACGME Accredited Residency Training in Family Medicine.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified as an Family Medicine Physician licensed to practice in the State of Missouri
- Clinical Practice Collaborator Agreements with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and other Mid-Level Staff.
Responsibilities
- Provides for the clinical care of the following but not limited to : acute and chronic medical and health maintenance care of adult and geriatric patients; provides after-hours coverage for urgent health care problems for health center patients on a rotational on-call basis
- Participates in the health center's Performance Improvement program and assists in the formulation and implementation of the health center's health care plan especially Family medicine protocols
- Practices Evidence Base Medicine and Patient Centered medicine
- Proficient in using electronic health record (here) for: Clinical documentation; order and review labs and radiology and clear all the tasks in a timely manner per organizational policies.
- Maintain the r quired Medical Licenses, Ce1tifications and Credentials that are required
