Requirements
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
