About The Position

North Alabama Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join a well-established Primary Care practice in Florence, AL. Traditional or Outpatient-only structure available to replace a retiring physician. The ideal candidate works independently and is comfortable in a fast-paced office. Teaching opportunities avaialble with IM residents, Psychiatry residents, Critical Care fellows, and medical students for those interested. Additional income opportunities also avaialble in nursing home directorship and APP supervision. NAMC has grown into the largest, most comprehensive medical facility in northwest Alabama and serves as the primary referral center for northwest Alabama, south central Tennessee and northeast Mississippi. Located an hour west of Huntsville International Airport, the Shoals is a beautiful riverfront community with excellent public and private school options, low crime rate, and affordable cost of living. J-1, H-1B, and O-1 waiver support via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty.
