BJC Medical Group is growing — and we're doing it right. A brand-new, free-standing clinic in the Winghaven/O'Fallon corridor is looking for its fifth and final Family Medicine Physician. Just 30 minutes west of St. Louis, this is a physician-led practice with the infrastructure of a major health system, the culture of a community clinic, and a schedule that respects your life outside of work. We are actively recruiting for 2027 and 2028 start dates — open to practicing physicians and residents. CLINIC LAYOUT — EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF This isn't just a clinic — it's a fully integrated, multi-specialty building designed for seamless patient care and effortless physician workflow. No referral runaround. No sending patients across town. • 3RD FLOOR - Family Medicine Primary care, continuity panels & outpatient FM practice • 2ND FLOOR - Internal Medicine Outpatient IM practice & adult primary care • 1ST FLOOR - Ortho, Lab, advanced imaging and additional specialties TBD ✦ FM and IM under the same roof creates natural opportunities for curbside consults, shared resources, and a genuinely collegial environment PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS • 100% outpatient primary care • Free-standing, newly renovated building • After-hours: nurse triage + Virtual Care Center (no-call for you) • Non-oncology infusion on-site • Strong support staff • 36 patient-facing hours, Monday–Friday (flexible) • Epic EMR with AI enhancements and Enterprise Licensing

Requirements

  • Doctorate - Medicine
  • <2 years
  • No Experience
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Practicing Specialty

Responsibilities

  • Manages the medical care of patient panel by providing or otherwise arranging for inpatient hospital care of physician’s patients, either through regular hospital rounds, making arrangements with one or more hospitalist(s) or other qualified physician to provide coverage for physician’s hospitalized patients consistent with Medical Staff requirements.
  • Collaborates with patients, families, and members of the care team to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at the clinic location(s) designated by BJC and any other BJC clinical outreach location to which physician may be assigned as patient care demands.
  • Performs and documents medical histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital medical staff bylaws.
  • Provides or arranges for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in a manner acceptable to BJC and in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws, while observing and following all BJC policies and procedures and all applicable legal, ethical and professional standards.
  • Collaborates and teaches advanced practice providers, support staff or any care team member assigned in the care of physician’s patient panel.
