About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a part-time outpatient opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering accessible, high-quality primary care in a collaborative community health setting. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree required
Completion of or current enrollment in a Family Medicine residency program required
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active California medical license or ability to obtain preferred

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care visits, follow-ups, and routine health maintenance
Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with clinical support staff and specialists as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive health, and disease management
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
