Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older , focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes. Enjoy the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from a strong, collaborative team and an established internal referral network. Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
Responsibilities
