Family Medicine Physician - Hartford, Connecticut OPEN JOB: Family Medicine Physician LOCATION: Hartford, Connecticut Salary - $169,744 to $248,230 IDEAL CANDIDATE: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certification (or Board Eligibility) in Family Medicine Active Connecticut physician license (or eligibility) Family Medicine Physician Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join their collaborative, team-based primary care environment. Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM - no weekends / no nights This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan while working alongside experienced clinical and support staff in a mission-driven organization. The Family Medicine Physician delivers preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services, while actively participating in population health initiatives and coordinated care efforts.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification (or Board Eligibility) in Family Medicine
  • Active Connecticut physician license (or eligibility)
  • DEA registration and state controlled substance registration (or eligibility)
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, team-based setting
  • Demonstrated experience providing culturally competent care to diverse patient populations
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues, and leadership
  • Proven ability to maintain timely, thorough, and accurate clinical documentation
  • Comfort using electronic health records and clinical technology
  • Sound clinical judgment and an evidence-based approach to care
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in an ambulatory or urgent care setting
  • Experience working with underserved or socioeconomically diverse populations
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly preferred
