About The Position

UNC Family Medicine at Hedingham is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine). This clinic provides the opportunity to work with a a diverse patient population and the ability to make a difference in patient's lives. This position is open to both new and experienced physicians.

Requirements

Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
An active, unrestricted NC medical license, or the ability to obtain one
An interest in working with a medically complex adult population
Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Board certified in area of specialty; MD/DO License in healthcare specialty
DEA;ACLS;BCLS;MD/DO
Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.
High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.
North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in area of specialty.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds required.
