Responsibilities:
- Chronic pain management
- APC supervision when requested
- Assesses, evaluates, institutes, & manage health care needs
- Performs diagnostic & therapeutic procedures
Support Staff: 1 RN & 2 MAs
EMR: Epic
Other Info: Chart closure within 72 hrs
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years residency)
• Active CA License
• BLS
• DEA
• Health immunizations
