About The Position

Seeking a dedicated, full-time Family Medicine Physician in Pueblo, CO, to join a collaborative, physician-led team. The role involves providing comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population, with 36 patient-facing hours per week.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine.
• CO license (or willing to obtain).
• Clean malpractice (Highly Preferred).
• Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
• DEA must be obtained prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care (36 patient-facing hours/week).
• Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Lead and contribute to patient care strategies and healthcare innovation.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $257,000–$286,000 annually.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.
