About The Position
MyMichigan Family Medicine has an opportunity for a full Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City. The state-of-the-art facility was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patent-focused healing environment. Patient & Procedure Mix: All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call: 1:10 with nurse triage line support
Requirements
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
- Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License
