About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join our Austin Tech Ridge clinic. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic medical conditions. Emphasize preventive care and patient education to promote long-term health. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based clinical practices. Schedule and Workload Part-Time (0.5 FTE) position with a flexible schedule. Shared call responsibilities within the department. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and community health.
