About The Position
Seeking a dedicated, full -time Family Medicine Physician in Pueblo, CO, to join a collaborative, physician -led team. The role involves providing comprehensive, high -quality, patient -centered care to a diverse population, with 36 patient -facing hours per week.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine.
- CO license (or willing to obtain).
- Clean malpractice (Highly Preferred).
- Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.

Responsibilities
- Provide full -spectrum Family Medicine care (36 patient -facing hours/week).
- Join an after -hours on -call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Lead and contribute to patient care strategies and healthcare innovation.
