Family Medicine Physician - 4 days - $250k (negotiable) Plus Production
About The Position
Community based, independent physician organization is currently searching for a Primary Care Physician to join their group. The group is dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of beautiful and scenic Pierce County (45 minutes from Seattle). Many of their physicians have been serving Pierce County since the early 1980s and are committed to continuing their tradition of caring for people through high-quality, cost-effective medical care in the South Sound Region. Compensation and Benefits - $250k base salary (negotiable) plus production bonuses - Potential to earn $300k+ yearly with production bonuses - Full benefits package covered by employer - 401k with a 3% match - 3 weeks PTO (negotiable) - CME fully covered and time is paid - Licensing fees fully covered - Potential partnership option - Relocation assistance available Schedule - 4 10-hour schedule or 5 8-hour schedule - Monday to Friday (Flexible)- 32 patient hours - Take your own call nightly (small number) and rotate weekend call
Requirements
- Active Washington medical license or willing to obtain
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
