About The Position

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Pennsylvania Primary Care practice. The selected candidate will join a group of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• License to practice in Pennsylvania
• DEA certification

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care to adult patients
• Focus on preventative and episodic medicine
• Collaborate with a team of Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management
• Refer patients to in-network specialists as needed
