About The Position

Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking board certified family medicine or med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. At work, you will experience an outpatient only clinic schedule with a variable work week, a physician/APP panel sharing model, and support from a nurse call center to assist with on-call workload. Nurse coordinators will support high needs patients, and there is a centralized prescription refill team. You will work within an interdisciplinary team and have quick access to specialty services, utilizing Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Geisinger.

Requirements

• Board certified in family medicine or med/peds
• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania
