About The Position

Sentara Medical Group has a Family Medicine opening in Charlottesville, VA at our 10th Street clinic. Join Sentara's established practice working full-time with flexible hours. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first by an RN. Our collegial and innovative team treats a diverse population in our well-supported clinic. Sentara Medical Group has seamless access to specialists and other healthcare services available throughout the greater Sentara network of care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Virginia.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Interest in community health and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients.
• Participate in minimal call duties, primarily phone triage.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to treat a diverse patient population.
• Utilize fully integrated EHR (Epic) for patient management.
