  • Provide patient-centered and evidence-based care
  • Join a well-established department of Family Medicine physicians and APPs
  • Utilize in-office procedural capabilities plus full lab, imaging and other diagnostics
  • Collaborate with a large specialty consultation base including Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, General surgery, GI, OBGYN, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, PMR, Podiatry, Ortho, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, Sleep medicine
  • Engage in teaching opportunities with two Family Medicine residencies and IU School of Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Passion for family-oriented care
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in a multi-specialty group setting
  • Interest in teaching and mentoring residents
