About The Position

MercyOne Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our five Providers at our growing practice located in the upscale suburb of Johnston. We offer a two year above market income guarantee with a $150,000 recruitment incentive, a 403B match, paid malpractice, day one benefits, 31 days annual time off. The Physician led MercyOne Central Iowa Medical Group is central Iowa's largest multi-specialty clinic system. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Desire to make a difference in patient lives
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care as a Family Medicine Physician
• Participate in a lifestyle-friendly call schedule (1:6)
• Utilize Allscripts EMR for patient management
• Collaborate with experienced staff to provide quality patient care
• Oversee on-site lab and X-ray services
