About The Position

Join CentraCare’s Family Medicine Float Pool and play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care across the St. Cloud market. This position offers variety and flexibility, allowing physicians to support clinics during extended provider absences while practicing outpatient Family Medicine in a four-day workweek model across multiple locations. CentraCare’s Family Medicine Float Pool supports outpatient clinics across the St. Cloud market during provider leaves, transitions, and access needs. Physicians work within a well-organized deployment model that provides variety, schedule stability, and strong operational support while remaining part of a large, integrated health system focused on continuity, access, and high-quality patient care.
