About The Position

MercyOne Genesis has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Eldridge Family Practice team. This position is located at our MercyOne Genesis Family Medicine Clinic in Eldridge, Iowa, and offers a competitive compensation package along with a $100k commencement bonus. The role promotes a great work-life balance as it is an outpatient practice only, with shared call among 25+ providers. Educational loan assistance is negotiable, and there is eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Additionally, a relocation allowance is provided, along with generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week of CME, and 6 paid holidays. The CME allowance is $6,000, and the benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401k with match and 457(b). The employer also sponsors professional liability insurance, including tail insurance coverage.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Osteopathic Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
