Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Cottage Grove. Our clinic offers a welcoming, small-town feel while also providing patients with access to outstanding resources and system-wide support. The practice consists of a 9 provider primary care team which includes 5 Primary Care Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day. The position is for 1.0 FTE with a flexible schedule and a call frequency of 1:3, which is low intensity and involves phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage. The clinic utilizes a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). The physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for acute injuries, infections, illnesses, and counsel patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.
