Family Medicine Physician – Coordinated & Correctional Care Medical Director – St. Cloud, MN Physician leadership | Community impact | Care for complex populations This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance . Schedule Flexible FTE (0.4–1.0) | Onsite – CentraCare Midsota- St. Cloud, MN Day shifts | Flexible hours between 8am-5pm No call, holiday or weekend requirements Pay and Benefits Salary range: $260,000 - $300,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
