About The Position

We are recruiting a Family Medicine physician to join our concierge practice, EvergreenHealth Signature Care. This concierge practice has a team approach offering patients time and convenient access with exceptional care. It's a high-level, personal service approach to healthcare with a focus on better total health.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a concierge or similar practice setting.
• Interest in holistic and preventive care approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a concierge practice setting.
• Work collaboratively with a team of nutritionists and health coaches.
