About The Position

BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established practice in the New Tampa area. This practice currently has 1 physician and 1 APP and is outpatient only/No obstetrics. The office is open 8am-5pm and provides care to patients ages 18 years and older.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care to patients aged 18 years and older.
• Foster continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
• Participate in a medical home model for patient care.
• Utilize designated administrative time for self-improvement and patient care.
