About The Position

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care & Pediatrics - Byron Center Team located in Byron Center, Michigan. The practice features an outpatient department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids with 4 Physicians and 3 APPs on staff. The office is open Monday 7a-7p, Tuesday 8a-5p, Wednesday 7a-7p, Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 8a-5p. The Family Medicine office is within a beautiful medical center that houses several Physician groups and services including Cardiovascular, Emergency, Lab, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pharmacy, Pulmonology, Radiology, Vascular and Physical Therapy. Call is rotated with other Physicians. There is an opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students and Fellows. The team is great with approachable providers that offer a collaborative and supportive environment. Requirements

• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or board eligible with a commitment to become board certified within 2 years.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license.
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
