About The Position
We are seeking a passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice, which serves a diverse patient population across 62 counties in Texas. Our practice offers a supportive environment where you can provide high-quality, personalized care to patients of all ages. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of services, from preventative care to managing complex conditions for pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. You will work in a well-equipped setting featuring a 12-exam room clinic, 2 procedure rooms, an onsite lab, and private office space, ensuring that you have the resources necessary to provide excellent care. The physician schedule is designed to promote work-life balance, consisting of a 4.5-day work week with a dedicated half-day allocated for administrative tasks. On average, you will see 20-22 patients daily, allowing you to maintain a manageable patient load while providing thorough and attentive care. Additionally, you will contribute to pediatric care by averaging 6-7 call days per month, which includes well-baby visits, occasional deliveries, and inpatient rounding. You will also be expected to take one full weekend call per month, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our patients. In terms of compensation, we offer an annual base salary between $250,000 and $300,000, which is based on your experience. There is also an opportunity to increase your earnings through wRVU production, with the potential to reach over $400,000.
