Sturdy Health is seeking a Family Medicine/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our join our well-established and successful team at our outpatient office in Plainville, MA. We are committed to providing the highest quality health care to patients of all ages. About the job: Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established family practice through same-day or routinely scheduled appointments Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients Proactive care approach with preventative medicine Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties Grow as a clinician as you learn from new colleagues Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care Full-time employment preferred No call coverage requirements
Requirements
- A passion for primary care
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Family Medicine nurse practitioner program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
- Current certification in CPR required
- Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner
- A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
- Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
