Sturdy Health is seeking a Family Medicine/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our join our well-established and successful team at our outpatient office in Plainville, MA. Requirements

  • A passion for primary care
  • Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Family Medicine nurse practitioner program
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
  • Current certification in CPR required
  • Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner
  • A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
  • Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
