About The Position

Join a community‑focused primary care practice. Green Mountain Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center in Northfield, Vermont. In this role you will step into a well‑established patient panel, practice full‑spectrum family medicine in a modern, integrated clinic, and support student health at nearby Norwich University—all within a close‑knit team that values collaboration, continuity, and patient‑centered care. Requirements

NP or PA with (or eligible for) VT licensure
Commitment to patient‑centered primary care
Comfortable working on a small, collaborative care team

Responsibilities
