About The Position

Join our collaborative, patient-centered team at Northway Clinic in St. Cloud, MN, where we focus on making a difference in the health and well-being of our community. This position is for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Family Medicine, offering a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no nights, holidays, weekends, or call responsibilities. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating short-term illnesses, providing preventive care including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests, as well as offering personalized counseling to help patients maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions.

Requirements

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics
• BLS Certification

• Relevant work experience in Family Medicine, Emergency Department, Pediatrics, or Same Day Clinic/Walk-In Clinic/Urgent Care
