About The Position
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Lowell Health Center located in Lowell, Indiana. Franciscan Physician Network Lowell Health Center family and internal medicine specialists see patients of all ages, from birth to seniors. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed.
